Obituary of Rose Marie Frieda Kundinger Stewart Gohm

Rose Marie Frieda (Koeplin) Kundinger Stewart Gohm of Saginaw, Michigan, passed away on Sunday, December 7, 2014. She was 85 years old. Rose Marie Koeplin was born on February 27, 1929 in Saginaw to the late Frank L. and Frieda D. (Donath) Koeplin. She married Fred K. Kundinger, Jr. on September 16, 1950; he preceded her in death on December 28, 1963. She then married Dr. George W. Stewart on August 18, 1967; he preceded her in death on May 13, 1968. In November of 1970, Rose married William H. Gohm, Jr.; he preceded her in death on January 29, 1988. She was a faithful member of St. Mark Lutheran Church. Rose was a medical secretary for many years. In her free time she enjoyed reading, knitting and crocheting. Above all, Rose was a spunky woman loved by many. Surviving are three brothers: Harold F. (Lucille) Koeplin of Clenson, SC, O. H. (Sydil Pricilla) Koeplin of Delaware, OH, and Ernest W. (Cristita) Koeplin of College Station, Texas; two step children: Timothy (Elizabeth) Gohm and Cindy (Gohm) and the late Robert Reifert; and a dear friend, Robert Weiland. Also surviving are additional step-children, cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother, Gerald O. Koeplin and a step-son, Lawrence Gohm. FUNERAL: A Funeral Service will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, December 15, 2014 at Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd. (off State). Rev. Dr. Robert J. Schultz will officiate. Entombment will follow at Oakwood Mausoleum. VISITATION: Family and Friends are welcome to visit with the family on Monday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
