FIRMINGHAM, Edward M. of Saginaw, Michigan, Passed away on Sunday, September 21, 2014 at Select Specialty Hospital with his family by his side. He was 72 years old. Edward M. Firmingham was born on March 12, 1942 in Saginaw, Michigan to the late Edward and Beatrice (Arman) Firmingham. He was a proud veteran of the United States Navy and was employed by General Motors for over 40 years and Avis Car Rental upon his retirement.
He is survived by the love of his life, his wife, Jeannie (Smewing) Firmingham of Saginaw; two daughters: Kelly (Rodney) Weber of Frankenmuth; Margo (Kurt) Lambert of Saginaw; one grandson, Jacob Shelden; one brother, Ted Firmingham, Oklahoma City, OK; and one step-brother, Boyd (Unive) Overton of Gladwin County.
Honoring his wishes cremation has taken place. Arrangements are entrusted to the Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd. (off State). Please share your thoughts and memories with the family through www.deislerfuneralhome.com.
