Dear Jan, Mike,Audrey, and the entire Kostrzewa family,
Very sorry to hear of the passing of your mother. The loss of a parent is always difficult but knowing that your mom is now in Heaven with your dad for eternity. She was such a sweet person and was outstanding as a nurse. We will keep her and your family in our prayers. Mary Jane said it was so nice to see you.
