Obituary of Woodrow Louis Peck

PECK, Woodrow "Woody" Louis of Saginaw, Michigan passed away on Thursday, March 13, 2014 at Cartwright Hospice Residence. He was 71 years old. Woodrow Louis Peck was born on November 21, 1942 in Coopersville, Michigan to the late Roy L. and Helen D. (Davie) Peck. He married Jacquelyn K. Souter on March 7, 1964. He served in the United States Army from 1966 to 1968 as a medical specialist. Woodrow was employed by Grey Iron for 30 years, until he retired in 2003. He enjoyed collecting bottles, pinball machines, and the outdoors, including hunting, fly fishing, and his cabin. Woodrow enjoyed nothing more than spending time with his family. Surviving are wife of 50 years, Jacquelyn; two sons: Daniel Peck and Randal (Tammi) Peck; eight grandchildren: Brian, Carter, Malia, Autumn, Lance, Sydney, Corbin, and Carson; two aunts; sister- and brother-in-law, Dave and Diane Huyser; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. FUNERAL: Funeral Services will take place at Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd. (off State). Per Woodrow's request, all services are private.
