She was 75 years old. She is once again reunited with the "true love of her life and best friend" Rob. Barbara Ruth Gunther was born in Saginaw on September 21, 1938 to the late Harold and Loretta (Metevia) Gunther.
She attended Ss. Peter & Paul Catholic School, graduated from Arthur Hill High School in 1957 and enjoyed working as a nurse's aide at Saginaw Osteopathic Hospital. She married James Jensen in 1960 and settled in San Jose, CA where she raised her three beautiful children. James predeceased her on April 9, 1975. She later married Robert Glenn Keith in Las Vegas, NV on December 28, 1984. They lived in Cupertino, CA until moving into the dream home they built together in Lake Havasu City, AZ in 1989. Robert predeceased her on July 17, 2009. After achieving a significant weight loss goal, Barb joined the Weight Watchers team as a counselor. She enjoyed sharing what she had learned and spent years inspiring others in their journey to better health. Barb enjoyed keeping in touch with friends and family through email. The love and laughter she "forwarded" with her letters and jokes will not be forgotten.

She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, James; second husband, Robert; and younger brother, Dale Gunther.
In accordance with Barb's wishes, cremation has taken place. A private memorial service will take place at Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens, Lake Havasu City, AZ.
