Obituary of Brent A. Muehlenbeck Sr.

Brent Allen Muehlenbeck, Sr., age 85, of Saginaw, passed away at home on Thursday, January 29, 2026. Brent was born on September 18, 1940, to Melvin and Beatrice (Langlois) Meyer in Saginaw, Michigan.

After graduating from Michigan State University, Brent worked in the beverage and beer distribution industry for decades. He also enjoyed operating large equipment, both in work and play, when possible. He was a Harley enthusiast and loved old cars, frequenting car shows with his family whenever he could. Brent was an extremely social person, who treasured time spent with his loving family.

Brent is survived by his grandchildren, Jason (Patty) Muehlenbeck and Sara (Kaylene) Muehlenbeck; great grandchildren, Audrey, Lane, Lilly, Rylee, Makenzie, and Clayton; brothers, Melvin (Patricia) Muehlenbeck and William (Nancy Muehlenbeck); nieces and nephews, including Matt (Cindy) Muehlenbeck, Molley Hicks, and Mark Muehlenbeck; and several friends. He was preceded in death by his son, Brent Muehlenbeck, Jr.; daughter-in-law, Wendy Muehlenbeck; his mother, Beatrice Muehlenbeck; adoptive father; William Meuhlenbeck; and his biological father, Melvin Meyer.

Visitation will take place on Friday, February 6, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service at 2:00 p.m. at Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Road, Saginaw, MI 48603. Burial will take place at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Saginaw.
