Our loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandpa, protector and dear friend passed away peacefully on Friday, December 5, 2025 at HealthSource Saginaw. He was 93 years old. Haven Cornelius Hall was born on August 9, 1932 in Dalton, Georgia to Cass and Fannie (Bridges) Hall. Haven joined the Air Force in 1952 and proudly served his country during the Korean War and the Vietnam War. He continued his service for 20 years with the Air Force. Haven enjoyed woodworking, fixing his own cars, and camping. He married Alice R. Cody on October 10, 1980 in St. Charles and together they celebrated 45 years.

He is survived by his wife, Alice; children: Kimberly (Doug) Schoch, Ruth (Rod) Kitzmiller, Elizabeth (Steve) Zimmerman and Tracey (Brian) Miller; eight grandchildren; 11 ½ great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.

Haven was preceded in death by his parents, two infant sons and two brothers.

Family and friends will gather on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd., Saginaw, MI 48603 from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. Visitation will continue on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. Pastor Jason Evans will officiate. Military honors under the auspice of the United States AirForce and VFW Post 1859 will be held at the funeral home following the service. Burial will follow at Marion Township Cemetery.
