Obituary of Michael Todd Hall

Michael “Mike” Todd Hall, age 53, of Lansing, Michigan passed away on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, in Lansing, Michigan at McLaren-Greater Lansing Hospital after a forty year, on and off again, battle with cancer.

He was born on January 4, 1972, to Michael and Catherin (Doyle) Hall in Saginaw, Michigan. Michael graduated from Heritage High School in 1990. He then went on to obtain his bachelor’s degree from St. Joseph College in Rensselaer, Indiana. Most recently, Mike was working towards obtaining his master’s degree. In his younger years, he enjoyed golfing, tennis, and swimming. Throughout his life, Mike found great joy in helping others, made evident in his career as a counselor.   

Mike is survived by his beloved wife, Erika Hall; son, Michael James Hall; parents, Mike and Cathy Hall; sister, Jennifer (Matt) Doyle; nephew, Jack Doyle; niece, Jenna Doyle; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and lifelong friends.                        

Memorial Visitation will be held on Friday, September 12, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Service at 11:00 a.m at Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Road, Saginaw, Michigan, 48603. Pastoral Associate Sharon Wahl will officiate.
