Obituary of Dianne Clare Fischer

Dianne Clare Fischer, age 83, of Saginaw, passed away on Saturday, February 15, 2025, at Covenant HealthCare in Saginaw, Michigan. She was born on September 23, 1941, to Gerald and Gloria (Glowacki) Banning in Saginaw, Michigan.

Dianne was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was very active in her grandchildren’s lives, babysitting them regularly and supporting them during all their music and sporting events. She excelled at flower gardening, painting, decorating and crafts, and loved music and trips to the casino. Dianne was a fierce friend to all who knew her and her infectiously quick wit and sense of humor.

Dianne is survived and sorely missed by her loving husband of 66 years, Kenneth Fischer; beloved children, Michael Fischer, Dennis Fischer, Mindy (Bob) Leibinger, and AJ (Kellie) Fischer; grandchildren, Joe Leibinger, Adam (Liz) Leibinger, Christopher (Ashley Ramirez) Leibinger, Kennedy Fischer, and Kourtney Fischer; great grandson, Brooks Leibinger; siblings, Gene Banning, Paul (Janet) Banning, and James (Maude) Banning; and many special nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her siblings, Terry Banning and Carolyn Holiday; and their parents.

Family and Friends are invited to a celebration of life that will be held on Saturday, March 1st, 2025, from 2:00-5:00pm at Swan Valley Country Club, 9521 Highland Green Dr, Saginaw, MI 48609.
